I prefer owb holsters. If I use a IWB, I usually do an appendix carry.

What do you guys think about Safariland holsters? I have one Wilson Combat (Safariland) holster which is suede lined kydex. If it was a paddle holster it would be perfect for me.

C. Rusty Sherrick Custom Leather Works.

His Tom Givens Rangemaster holster is my favorite.

All of Rusty's gear is made from horsehide. Very light, but strong.

Bad News is that Rusty is having some health issues and isn't accepting new orders until after 1 September, 2011.

I sent you a message but will post here as well. I carry about 85% of the time in a DM Bullard Bodygaurd. Bodyguard Holster - D.M. Bullard Leather Mfg.

It has been great, I like the 4 o'clock carry, conceals well, and is comfortable. Its high ride design definelty demands a good belt, i have one from The Beltman, but Bullard makes a good belt as well.

I'm a great Bullard fan too. They make good stuff.

While I don't have a Bodyguard, I do have a few other things from DMB. Very good stuff and the wait is not nearly as long as Sparks.

A friend gave me a Safariland OWB paddle... although its a leather, not a kydex. Nothing wrong with it at all! Safariland used to be, as far as I know, one of the major suppliers to police departments, no clue any more. The model I have is older but its excellent, never moves, binds or reminds me that its there in any way.

I use a Wild Bill's Concealment Holsters "Classic Speed Scabbard" for my Kimber Compact Custom...nice holster. It's about 10 years old and has held up very well.
