does bird hunting with a BB gun count?

Well I figured I would ask since my current job involves me taking care of stray birds that manage to get trapped in the store.

My current rifle is a crossman 760 with .177 destroyer pellets. I originally used a 12

Phantom 1000 but it was a bit to much for the birdies :D

any other pest control personal

I offered to take care of the birds in my local Lowe's store the same way, but the lady employees (of both genders) were horrified. So they still have birds.

I used to hunt pigeons in the plant I worked at in Georgia with a Sheridan 5 mm air rifle. The pigeons crapped on the steel and made flame-cutting the steel difficult.

my boss has learned that I am way more affective than the official circles (some lady with glue traps and a net that never gets any) so every once in a while I get a few dollars under the table and a nudge and a wink and bye bye birdie
