will this wait ever end? its been two weeks and i know that my permit wont be in until around week three but I have still been checking my mailbox every day for the past week. Good thing is im leaving town headed to Hilton Head, SC for a week so hopefully i'll have a present waiting for me when i return.

On another note my blackhawk IWB came in the other day and I gotta say after minor alterations to the holster it conceals my G22 decently. No kind of retention on the nylon holster though. I will probably use my blawkhawk CQC holster for the most part.

Best thing to do is forget about it. That way you're surprised when you open the mailbox and there's your permit. I can honestly say I have no idea exactly how long my wait was, but I do remember it seeming shorter then I expected.

I submitted mine on the November 4th, 2008 (yes the day Obama was elected) and received it on the 21st or 22nd of November.

that was quick, I got done with the application and fingerprinting on 5-4-11. hope mine comes back that quick.

got back from the beach yesterday and it was in the mailbox so I had to take it out for a spin. Wore my blackhawk cqc serpa first stop was Kohls i was a little nervous but no one seemed to notice. Next stop was target the store was packed out so I got a little more attention but everyone seemed not to be bothered. Saw a police officer while I was there he didnt give me a second look. Then I went to walmart and no one seemed to notice except the cashier who was a HCP holder himself.

Good first exprience id say especially for open carry

Got printed on 5/17 but when I printed my receipt on the Cogent page it says "Results received 5/19" whatever that means.
