I don't have a problem with it, tax revenue is another plus besides cutting waste. I think alcohol has more issues related to it than pot does so look at all the waste and revenue it generates.

Most libertarians are for legalizing drugs of all sorts, RP has reasons for legalizing Heroin, just saying they usually go down in flames when confronted in debates.

A majority of registered voters in the country now supports legalizing pot in some way shape or form.... It might not play well with social conservatives... but his point that 90% of the problem is issues with enforcement, and 10% is from people doing the drugs... from a fiscal conservative point of view, I'm all for getting rid of 90% waste.

I'm very anti drug too... took a long while before it finally occurred to me how bad the 'war on drugs' was hurting the country... much worse than the problem by an order of magnitude.... Once we legalize one, the rest will follow in short order.

Oh yeah and that undeclared third war we're fighting on our southern border, goes away over night.
