Here is my small SAS family.

They are all Sigs. Generation 1s

SIG Anti-Snag or SAS. It has a dehorned stainless steel slide with custom SIG wooden grips and the DAK trigger system. SIGARMS Custom Shop. Except the RCS in 45ACP it has no DAK.

(DAO) pistols called the DAK (for Double Action Kellerman)

Top left: Sig P226 SAS in .357sig

Top right: Sig P239 SAS in 9mm

Bottom left: Sig RCS 1911 compact SAS in 45acp

Bottom right: Sig P239 SAS in 40cal

So this is my SAS family so far. One day I will buy a 229 and P238.

Have a SAS please post a image.

Nice collection. What is the poundage on the DAK triggers? Pretty crisp?

One of these things is not like the others... I really do like the look of all of them save the 1911. Not that there's anything wrong with it. It just looks like a 1911, and the others look special with their fancy grips and whatnot.

Very nice. I've always thought the SAS line looked, well, funny. Not funny HA HA but funny strange. I think of all the classic Sigs as first and foremost military style weapons. The SAS line shows that they can be, well, hot-rodded, as well.

Here ya go. A brand new P220 Carry SAS w/a custom stingray holster. Mine isn't as pretty, but a Sig none the less. Jeff, just to let you know, a year ago I was a die hard Glock guy and your ramblings on here helped to convert me. I am now a die hard Sigger. I have a P226 E2 9mm, German P228 (no rail, round trigger guard), and the P220 now. Next will be a P238 Nitron and then probably one of their 1911's.
