Single after 13 1/2 years

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I divorced in 1984 after a 10 year marriage...I was the one who left and it still wasn't an easy thing to go through even though I was the one who made the choice to end the marriage.

It does get better, although it doesn't always feel that way.

So I've not been on here in a while, I just came out of a relationship after 13 1/2 years. It's the worse feeling I have ever dealt with. Thanks to good freinds and family, it has now been a month of being single and things really do get better. So now I'm back on TGO and enjoying life. Now, where's all the single, gun loving, good females?

at the gun range of course

Congrats dude, I too was married to my first wife for 13 years and 7 months, most miserable 13 and a half years of my life !!! ( yeah, you get that !) 2 years later I found my present wife, just had our 17th anniversary Monday. If I had known the second one would have been this good, I would have skipped the first and went straight to the second !!!! When you aint look'n is when you'll find the best one !!!

I wasn't married but might as well have been. Things are already better. I bought a Taurus 1911AR as a going away present for myself. It's stainless (rather have all black). But she's a great substitute.;)
