"Most" is accurate enough, but there are 11 states that issue permits, either "shall issue" or "may issue", that do not recognize TN permit. And of course plus two states that don't issue permits at all. Also, technically, "reciprocity" is not the correct term. TN only has reciprocal agreement with 19 states.

Good info but I don't see any reason to leave the state. I like it here. Do miss a good White Castle hamburger once a year or so though.

The map in the OP is good if you have a permit from more than one state and want to see where the other permit is honored. But we have a map on this forum that shows where TN permits are honored.
