No one talks about them but I have a Firestar 45 and it is a great gun. It is as heavy as the Colts but shoots just as well. If you don't mind the weight it is great. I would buy a second one if I could find a good price on one.

I'll go out on a limb here, and prolly supply the saw to cut it with...

Bersa Ultra Compact Pro 45 - Pros: Price ($400+/-) Ambidextrous Easy carry (27 oz weight) easy to clean. One slot Picatinny rail

Cons: double stack magazine = thicker than it needs to be - magazines are expensive($45+)

The Colt New Agent is what I am looking hard at for next purchase. I like the trench sight, so it can be pocketed.
