HCP waiting time

I completed all my paper work for my HCP five weeks ago, I know they say it can take up to three months but I sure hope it come's back sooner.

Has anyone ever called them and is that a good idea?

Some say on this site they have gotten there's in four weeks, any input on this would be appreciated.

Just got mine and it took me exactly 8 weeks. Oddly, my son turned his in a week after me and got it back a week before. Someone suggested, in my case, that with the Christmas holidays and government closings, they get behind.

I wouldnt call them till you have waited at least 40 days....that is about how long...

Exactly five weeks after the fingerprinting for me but that was back in the summer.

Took mine about 6 weeks over the holidays. Finished fingerprinting and Dept. of Safety paperwork mid Dec. and got the permit in the mail end January.

They processed my renewal in about 6 weeks, recently.

Mine took about 8 weeks, course since im a 1/4 asian that might be way it got slowed up lol. I remember when I got it I was like a kid in a candy store...now its just sittin in my wallet.

I'm only a week into my wait....ok it's only been 4 days since I did my finger printing but who's counting.

I did my paperwork and fingerprinting last Tuesday at the DMV in Franklin. I am in the same boat as you. I just want it to get here, even though tomorrow is only week 1.

6 weeks for me...I even went to the worst DMV there is...Hart Ln in Nashville...LOL
