A little aside here about those Glocks, "They all look alike". The good thing is they all work alike.

Mine are all in 9mm and .45 though. Great gun to have. You should enjoy it.

THIS!

As the owner of a 19,22, and a 30; let me say--Welcome to the crowd. It probably won't be your last.

Emphasis on the word "first" in your OP title line!

Congrats. My brother picked up his Gen2 22 back when the Gen3s were coming out. It was a police trade-in. He carries it everywhere he goes, and loves it.

I have a G22, along with a G21sf and G23. It's a great handgun. In the next few months, you will feel the desire the supplement you G22 with another Glock. I'm guessing you will become interested in a G27 before long.

The Barvarian Brick. I own the Glock 36 and the Glock 19. Neither have ever failed, not once. I also own two Springfield XDs (Croation Crackerjack?????) . They have never failed either. Glock and Springfield make some great pistols for the money.
