Driving through Gallatin, saw a sign... Coming Soon, YORK's Guns and Ammo... is there really that much discretionary money these days to support all the new shops open(ing)?

Well, if it's around the square, I'll go to La Rivier's(however you spell it) and eat, buy some bullets and look at the pretty women

all in one fell swoop. I don't know what could be better, all in one afternoon. Plenty of discretionary money flying around Gallatin.

Could be. Lebanon has 4 at last count. Not that far away, so........if there's a market,

maybe gun times are good. Competition helps keep prices down, or so they say. LOL

Well...there ya go.

6.8, I think there's a newer gun store right off the square, on Water toward the jail. Blue Line, I think. Haven't been in, but driven past it a time or two.

Yeah, inside a carpet store; owned by a guy on the force, hence "Blue Line."

I highly recommend Blue Line. I've bought a gun there and they've transferred several others for me. Joey, the owner of Joey's Carpets and Charlie Wilson, his son-in-law and Gallatin PD, are the owners. Very friendly and easy to work with, located right on the Square. Initially, there inventory was a bit small, but I was there yesterday, transferring my newest, they had a good selection of handguns and long guns as well. Small ammunition and accessory selection, but they'll be happy to get you whatever you might want. They just got a new bunch of Sigs in so that's a plus.

How much does B L charge for trans.?

They just went up from $20 to $25, but, frankly, for me it's worth it because I walk by there everyday. Very convenient.

What, you don't like Uselton's?

I think I'd rather set myself on fire than set foot in that place. Besides, I heard he was trying to unload it on someone else.

I've read all of the uselton hate around here... but I've gotta say the 1 time I went in the people were super friendly (More friendly that FGS) and their prices on a few 1911s I was interested in were better than FGS... that said... they are both too expensive.
