Cast boolits for Mosin M44

Recommended Posts

Posted

I tried shooting some of my .312 cast boolits in my Mosin and it shoots like a shotgun! I slugged the barrel and found out why. It slugged at .3145!

Does anybody here cast a "fat .30" that comes out about .315-.316? If so, maybe I could trade you some other caliber for a few. I hate to go back to shooting jacketed in it, or to go back to shooting military surplus that kicks like a mule. LOL.

Just let me know if you can help me out with this.

Thanks.
