Strickj - Memphis issue was caught and supposedly resolved. As a former officer for Davidson County, I never saw a hint of fraud. But, that was just the Tusculum area.

Absentee ballot without photo ID? Yeah, about that. An Elderly Absentee Ballot would be one to look at, over a certain age or so, as the children could be filling them in and sending them back.

Most elderly show up at the polls. For them it is a social event.

IF they really wanted to prevent fraud, they should act on the The Tennessee Voter Confidence Act, a law already on the books, which mandates the use of paper ballots, to prevent fraud.

Really? I thought it was accepted by all that Ford was elected with "dead votes".

On the elderly, they can already vote using absentee ballots. That amendment simply carries that law over. There's not much you can do to prevent fraud there and still allow those too old or sick to leave their house or nursing home\hospital to still vote.
