I have to keep my 32 round mag for my Ruger P89 locked up due to the violent nature of the damn thing. It will get up and slap a full grown man with no thought. Banning those things is the only option. I am tired of the assault.

I think that Brady video was actually meant to be labeled " ban 'assault on paper' clips " The only thing I saw that was assaulted in that clip was paper. BTW Jerry's clips only hold six rounds.

I've had a very, shall I say..."interesting" discussion about this subject with a couple of liberal Democrat friends of mine. :) These are really great people whom I consider very good friends but I must say, they have a remarkable ability to completely ignore all logic and reason when it comes to firearms and criminals and what to do about them!

For me, all it takes is a few youtube videos of handgun marksmen (even amateurs) nailing targets much faster than I could unload a large capacity pistol with no regard to what I hit. After that, I am convinced that all this ban would do would be to encourage criminals to spend more time practicing.

Careful...if the Brady Bunch hears that bit of logic then their next step will be to ban the existence of ALL places (including on our own private property) where people can practice with their weapons...after all...it's for the children.

Rational arguments are entirely irrelevant. They want to ban ALL firearms. They will use any excuse to chip away a little piece here and a little piece there. They have been remarkably successful at this, and the NRA has yet to completely stop them. Gun Control nuts are perfectly willing to take 'two steps forward and one step back' until they reach their goal.

I think most of us know that's absolutely true when it comes to hard-line "Brady Bunch types. However, such vehement anti-gun folks aren't the majority of people (at least not yet). There are still folks out there who, if presented the facts and the arguments in the right way, still have the capacity to use their brains and see the fallacy of all "gun control legislation".

Then again, considering how many pro-gun folks actually think background checks accomplish anything good, maybe we've already lost the argument!

Here are a couple pics of the sign in action.

These were taken at a protest the Bradys had against folks in California who were Unloaded Open Carrying (it's what non-CCW licensees are relegated to).

Careful! After they finish with the assault mags, they're going to ban YouTube terrorist training videos like this one.
