Couldn't stand it any longer ordered another in stock lower to tide me over lol.

Yep, and you know what that probably means. It will turn into another AR

You're a better man than me :)

Maybe im not...I went ahead and ordered another LPK....the gf wants a hello kitty gun down the road so the cheap lower will be good for a paint job.

:). A hello kitty with lots of Magpul stuff would be cool. :)

lol yeah...I think thats what she wants.

My girlfriend is stuck shooting the black ones until she tells me she wants one of her own. I can't even get her to carry a pistol.

My trigger cost $60 not $200 ;-)

I have a helluva deal for you on a stock and handguard too :D DPMS! It's almost as good as Magpul :screwy:

EDIT: BTW... I'm razzin' you, kinda. The more I mess with these things, the more I believe in a "cry once" philosophy. You have deals, and then you have compromises. So far, my compromises wound up in the parts box. Finally, I had enough compromise parts to build a compromise rifle. The Geissele SSA for the compromise rifle shipped this morning.

Right now... I have enough in the box to start another compromise rifle. Or maybe, I'll just sell off my parts box and buy some more ammo :-)

Hey PM what all you got....i might need it for my super cheap "goodbye katty" build. You almost had me at DPMS...if you had said tapco we would be doing business :D

Mike if Magic has to worry about and compare price then he is not worthy of a Geissele!!!! :P

Yep... give your girlfriend a mushy trigger, and pretty soon she's looking for a new trigger :D

Your right about that I ain't made of money like you two... and my "trigger isn't mushy" lol

I may get skewered for saying this...I've got a Geiselle SSA in my LaRue RECCE, and while I DO like it a lot, it's not THAT much better than the mil-spec triggers in my Noveske Diplomat or my Daniel Defense Mk18. Some standard trigger groups are better than others. Just sayin'... :screwy:

No skewering necessary. We were razzin' magic for being a tightwad :screwy:. I like the SSA for more reasons than the feel. I think it's just about perfect for a fighting rifle in terms of feel, but it's done without reducing the force of the hammer spring. Very high quality parts. I expect them to last for a long time.

I replaced one DPMS trigger, and the one tomorrow will replace a Double Star. Neither one of them are ok.

When magic comes over and let's me do one or both of his triggers I can guarantee he will be happy. I have never had a single issue with any of mine and never had a complaint. I have tried the two stage triggers and don't like them any more than my own. I prefer a trigger with zero creep over one with creep.

I got faith in you. I kinda like 2 stage on a carbine. The SSA has very little creep once you hit the second stage.

My way also removes most of the creep in a two stage as well.

I know. Picture that profile without the first stage :D. Don't know if I'll go there, but it's crossed my mind.

PM your address and I'll take care of you. If you can assemble a lower you can do waht needs to be done.
