Tribute for fallen officers

Here is a tribute I made for honoring fallen officers in the line of duty in my area over the years. I am thinking having a shirt made of it.

How do I place an image for this? I tried placing one from my computer, but it won't let me. Any ideas?

I usually would just host it using a image hosting site like imageshak then enter the code or site link in the insert picture option in your post. Maybe somebody has an easier way?

Thanks for the help. I was able to import the image. The image quality isn't too great because it was done in Microsoft Paint. I don't have any good imaging software.
