Thanks, that site is pretty nice. Apparently Ohio won't let me go to a restaurant that serves alcohol. Kentucky on the other hand, you can go into places that have a gunbuster sign up. You have to leave if they notice and ask you to leave, but it isn't illegal. Interesting.

Correct on the alcohol in Ohio. We have a bill in the legislature to change that.

You must notify if stopped by an LEO. Government buildings are off limits but you can now carry in rest stops.

While in a vehicle, the firearm must be in a holster on your person, or in a container with a closing mechanism in plain sight (glove box, console are okay)

Ohio is a Must Inform Officer: YES

If you are stopped, you must inform at the begining.

Sir, I would like to inform you that I have a HCP and I am armed.

If you check the same site, in MI I found there is case law that a man waited about 40 seconds and a court ruled that delay was not immediate.
