Look What I Found Today

Recommended Posts

It's an original Mossberg 500 Bullpup in very nice condition. I contacted Mossberg with the serial number. They returned my email & said it's authentic & was manufactured on 3-26-1987. I took it straight to the range to try it out as soon as I left the store. It's accurate & has combat style sights. Lined up targets and took 'em out as quick as I could point. I haven't decided whether I'm gonna keep it or not, but it's a heck of a lot of fun to shoot.

I pulled the shotgun apart, including the polymer panels and trigger system this evening for a good cleaning. It doesn't appear to have been shot much at all. The grip safety and trigger system on the bullpups is one of those types, you either love or hate. I oiled up all the springs, trigger, and contact points and now the grip safety & trigger is smooth as silk. I can't wait to take it back to the range for more fun.

Way cool! n What price range was it, if you don't mind sharing that. If I can't find a Keltec KSG-12 when they come out, I may look for one ofthese instead.

At least you aren't looking for difficult to find guns! :usa:
