Went to the gunshow at Meadowview today and traded a pistol and a little boot for this S&W Model 66 (no dash) 357 magnum with supposedly real Ivory handles. Not that I love the look of the Ivory, I think I'll leave it "as is" just because the ivory handles are like a $250 upgrade and I'm not planning on carrying it. The handgun is in pretty nice condition for it's age (made in the 70's). I like the adjustable rear sight, stainless finish, and mid-size feel. It has a 2 1/2" pinned barrel.

That looks pretty good. Really makes me regret selling my Model 66. I thought my 4'' was enough .357 for me. I guess I was wrong.

That looks like a nightstand companion to me. Nothing says smack like a burglar getting ventilated from a pistol with class.

I like it. It's flashy, not trashy.
