I feel really special....several women that I have known for a long time have asked me out since me and the wife have seperated....I didn't know i had so many fans! I would have never thought that....not bragging just really dumbfounded!

Just be careful that you shoot one in the back side unless you are justified in doing so. That scenario can really make some folks really upset.

Hate to be a downer, but just remember that even if yourelegally separated, that still counts as being legally married. Don't do anything that could come back to bite you in the butt with respect to your pending divorce.

I move out next week myself. Probably won't file until later due to money, but BRR gives good advice. Live your life, but be careful of what you post on any social sites and who you tell.

Oh I know was just saying cause I'm rowing that boat too lol just something a lawyer buddy told me. Nope no kids here and so far it's an amicable split.

I don't think it matters if it's uncontested. At least, that's what my lawyers told me. You cut a deal with the ex, walk into court, and the judge signs off. I didn't even have to go to court with my second divorce. Me, I was "dating" before I oficially moved out and filed.

I suppose it could be different if you were in one of those fight-to-the-death divorces with kids and huge assets.

mine is uncontested...and we have already split everything including the kid...it's just a matter of record now
