Welcome to TGO! I know Paducah fairly well....I lived in Southern IL near Carbondale for about four years and went to Paducah occasionally. Pretty area over there! :D

thanks PackinMama ... you're right .... it's a pretty area .... but my family came out of Northwest Tennessee in the 1800's and I still think Tennessee's prettier ;)

Paducah-native here. Moved to middle TN back in the late 1990s and have been here ever since, but still go "home" to visit fairly often.

Way to hot for me in Fl, needed changes in the winter. Someone told me when I first came here 25 years ago,, (If you dont like the weather during the winter, be patient, it will change in a few days.) You know it is right:chill:
