Heck I'd be ok with BBQ & brew and then we go and play plink-a-plate with the yankees goin up and down I-81. Double points for New York on account that's Hillary's state. Well, not really but that's what she says.

Haven't found a good place yet. Tower said he hoped he could be here for the shoot the last time we had lunch. If he doesn't drop by this topic in a couple of days, I'll give him a call.

I'll have to do some calculations on shooting from my ridge. We might be able to shoot the billboards across I-81 for quite a while before anyone sent in the deputies.

Here you go. We can climb to the top of my ridge and shoot the billboard. If any yankees (small "y") come by we can pick them off - especially if they are headed South.

Julie has keys to the garage, for the target frames. I just have to talk her into coming out and shooting on a day when she's working.

Tower, I'd be glad to volunteer, except that if I'm still doing my two jobs, I may have to opt out at the last minute, as I did this month. Things were great until about 24 hours before Big Ed's. Maybe I can get one of my neighbors with a BIG farm to let us shoot. But I suspect that if he will let us do that, one of the conditions would be that I be there. He's had a lot of problems with people shooting up his silos in the past. I'll talk to his son too, if dad says yes. Maybe he''ll join the board.

As you may know, that weekend is also the Bristol NASCAR race weekend.

My neighbor with the silos would have let us do the shoot at his place as long as his son would be there too. Unfortunately, said son is going to the race.

So, I'm striking out big-time so far.

Hey I think a Turkey came off of that ridge and across the hood of my truck coming back from a Meadowview show one time. I tried hard but I missed him. What gives at these get togethers I just joined up a few days ago and am checking the place out, I kinda like it and might move in if the rent isnt to HI.
