Not as large as you may think, the blade on the Pacific is 6 inches in Length, before I saw one in person I thought it was much larger

Why stop buying knives? I've gone through more than 3400 in my life and I'm still buying. The trick is to roatate your collection. I learned the hard way I had niether the space or the time to give them all the use they deserved. Also i had to sell a lot of them at one time to live off of. To ease the pain I have been lucky enough to find buyers that liked what they bought as much as I did. There are only several I'll take to the grave. I just found and bought one of those two weeks ago.

The rules of knife and gun buying. 1. Always buy quality 2. Only buy what fits your hand. 3. Look for the unique, one off. 4. Never buy retail.

Cheers and enjoy the addiction.

I don't even want to know how much that cost! That thing looks awesome!!!

They aren't too bad. Willis68 has some knives that are a lot more expensive.

Nice Pacific by the way. If he made one at 4", I would get one as well. My Professional Soldier should be in Friday.

Chris Reeve Pacific Fixed Blade Knife - Chris Reeve Knives

They are the same price everywhere, but these guys I have dealt with several times and I highly recommend their service

That's funny Steve, I had copied the exact same link to post here. The service at Knifeart can't be beaten. The last time I ordered from them I had a shipping confirmation 15 minutes later and had the knife in hand two days later.

Wow. That is a fantastic knife! How's the feel and heft of it?

Very Hefty and solid, you can tell they are worth the money when holding it just like all of Chris reeve's knives

Well.. I finally managed to get a Pacific to go along with my Warrior and Green Beret. I don't know which I like better. They are all great.

Awesome Eric,

I knew eventually you would buy one, I will keep mine forever it is my favorite fixed blade knife. You must be getting close to securing the whole collection of his fixed knives.

Willis, if anyone ever wanted to murder you, all they'd have to do is sneak in and replace some of these with a few butter knives and you'd fall over dead of your accord.

Yet another cool knife by the way.:tinfoil: I'm a little slow I suppose, but a VERY appropriate avatar;)

Yeah, I'm close on the non-one piece blades. I lack the 7" Yarborough, which I will get. There is the Nyala, which is great, but I don't think I will get one of those.

On the one-piece blades, I have quite a few of them, but I am not even close. The ones I really want will be almost impossible to find. I would love to have the four Kathathu daggers. If any of you guys run across one let me know. If the price is good, I wouldn't mind giving a finder's fee.
