Rebuild the search index?

Hey David, hope you're well.

For some time now I've noticed the search function seems to hit or miss, mainly miss with newer threads. As a test, I did a forum search for "sks*" (no quotes) as I know there are two current SKS threads in the long gun forum, and neither thread returned on the search. Is there a chance you could run a rebuild of the search index (or something similar, if needed) on the VB installation? I'm not sure what else could be causing this, but it makes searching for threads difficult.

I believe the minimum search string for vBulletin is 4 letters -- meaning, it's returning a null result rather than finding "no matches" as it says?

Four letters may be the default setting (I thought it was three, but it's been a while since I looked) but that's adjustable in the admincp. But that's not the issue, I'm getting returns by adding the wildcard (*) - it's just missing many of the recent threads / posts...

I haven't had a lot of luck with the search function either.
