As the subject of the thread indicates, I decided to get my C&R license.

Forms mailed on Friday, 3/4/2011.

Noticed this on my bank account on Wednesday, 3/9:

3/8/2011 - POS PURCHASE MERCHANT PURCHASE TERMINAL 444500 ATF LICENSING CENT ER WASHINGTO DC 03-08-11 30.00

Looks like they received my paperwork at least. :shhh:

Maybe it won't take too long. It took mine about 75 days.......... Hope yours is much faster.

I can hope. I look at it as more time to save up for my first C&R purchase. :D

Received my C&R License today. Applied on 3/4, received 4/7. Not bad at all.

Congrats! They are pretty quick. I got mine 3 weeks after I mailed off the application.

I just wish the NFA Branch was that quick. :D

I sent mine off yesterday. Hope it's under a month.

Good luck! Use the time to save money for purchases. I already ordered two Mosin Nagants from AIM.

Nice. Did Aim give you a price break for "dealer pricing"? My card was charged today by the ATF. At least I know they got it. I'm more interested in dealer priced reloading supplies. Not planning on a C&R purchase just yet.

Nope. $69ea + shipping to my door. Two rifles and 440rds of ammo was $259 shipped.
