Heres a few pics of my Glocks i have installed fulcrum trigger kits on both. All i can say the fulcrum trigger is amazing and the best upgrade for glocks. These are both used for daily carry i switch between the two.

Can you tell me more about this Fulcrum trigger? I've never heard of it.

What exactly does it do? Is it lighter, better reset etc etc?

Fullcrum is a solid aluminum trigger it replaces the entire trigger assembly and housing it basically feels like a 1911 trigger on a glock its nothing short of amazing it changes the whole feel of the gun an makes it a hell of alot more accurate and fun to shoot heres a link to the website for more info. Any glock i own from this point on will have this trigger no questions asked. They have been 100% reliable has not failed once.
