I already reload 9mm, 45ACP, 357 Mag , 38 special. I want to start reloading 5.56 to shoot through my AR. I would like a suggestion on what kind of dies, lube and where to get Brass, Bullets at the best price in bulk.

I have been wondering if its really worth it to load 5.56 or should I just buy bulk steel cased ammo( silver bear $ 230.00 for a 1000 shipped)

I can usually load brass cased ammo at least as cheap as factory steel and most of the time cheaper. I have yet to have any steel cased ammo or shoot with friends that have steel ammo, that my reloads can't shoot circles around it. Most Russian steel cased ammo I have seen seems to group in the 2-3" category. My reloads will group in the .5 to 1.25" category and I use soft points so they are more useful also.

Thanks for the info. I have decied im going to give the reloading a try. I ordered lee pacesetter dies and Hornday case lube. Im going to get the rest at the nashville gun show from David. It may cost me a little more than steel ammo but i like reloading and it should give me a better round.
