Law Firm and/or Attorney in Middle TN for NFA Trust?

A search did not answer this...

Who in Middle Tennessee provides legal services in connection with establishing an NFA Trust to receive and hold title to Class III weapons?

At one time a site sponsor did this, as I recall, but that seems no longer to be the case.

A national web site which supposedly provided links by state to providers did not help either.

Thanks.

+1 as well for Mr Chip Cain. He set up my trust last summer. I have lost count on the number of NFA items I have in the works. The trust is well worth it.

Jumping on the bandwagon, I had Chip set up my trust. He's super easy to deal with and gave me a great deal. I'd recommend being careful with pre-packaged trusts - I've heard of issues with Quicken trusts, etc. Better safe than sorry when dealing with NFA items.

What is the cost of doing a Trust?

That is going to vary by attorney and your specific circumstances. I'd suggest contacting Chip via PM to start a conversation. At least in my case, he gave me a great deal compared to what my research showed some attorneys charge. Chip even explained why he could offer such a good deal.
