public defender holster

Anyone have any good suggestions on a holster for a public defeder?

An M-TAC holster would be good , but most PD's here dont wear anything . Most here wear a jacket so I guess any holster would work good . Are you a PD ? If so which county or counties ? I know our DA's cover 1-2 sometimes .

For a cheap solution(under $10) go to Wallmart and get a holster for a paint ball gun. I did and it works pretty good with the Judge PD.

D&T Arms has Blackhakw Serpa holsters that will fit the PD. They are a little long becasue they are meant for the fullsize Judge, but they do fit nicely. We also have Tagua leather belt holsters designed for the PD.

I have one of these for my xd and will be having one made for my taurus PT1911 here shortly. Here is one for the public defender. He has gone up about 20 dollars on his holsters and has gone from 8 week lead time to 16-20 week lead time. Well worth the money though.
