Larry Vickers Randall knives

Larry Vickers and some other guy (I know that is not a good way to start an informative post) are releasing a series of customized Randall #14 and #15 knives. These are real Randalls with a dark finish and recontoured grips to make them more user friendly and "tactical". They also come with a custom MOLLE friendly sheath and a signed letter of authenticity. Supposedly Larry is going to price these so your average GI can afford them. I would hope around $250-$300, which is a steal for an authentic #14 or #15. Here is the link. They are not released or priced yet. If you're not on Vickers' mailing list, I would do so. He's a great guy and has some great products out there.

Just checked the site. Posted prices are in the 500-800 range. Considering Randall pricing, that's more what I'd expect on a "reworked" custom kinfe. Wish it had been the other pricing though. I'm not much into knives, but that would have gotten me to bite one one. But thanks for posting this, lots of kinfe fans will be interested, I'm sure.

Well, so much for being affordable. Like everyone else I saw these things are like $800. I'll stick with my regular Randall #1. It took 60 months to get it, but I got it and it's paid for.
