Taurus 444 snub

Does anyone have a 2.25" Taurus 444 in 44mag? I didn't turn up anything with a search.

Taurus 444 Ulralight Titanium 44 Magnum FS Stainless $554.00 SHIPS FREE

I just discovered this gun was available in a short bbl, and I am interested in hearing the pros and cons. I know it has to be a real "pleasure" to shoot with magnum loads as it weighs in at 27oz. I am not recoil sensitive, but I bet it hurts. I could deal with it, though. The front sight looks a little cheap, and the grip looks a tad long for concealability, but does anyone have any knowledge of its durability? I'm sure the S&W M329 or Ruger Alaskan are better guns, but I don't want to spend the extra $$$.

If I get a 444, I would use it primarily as a woods/truck gun. I am just looking for an alternative to my 4.5" Super Blackhawk (44oz) when I want to carry something smaller and lighter without sacrificing the caliber. I really like the 44 mag/spl round. If I didn't want to stick with this caliber, I would get an SP101 for this purpose.

Any thoughts on how concealable it would be under an untucked shirt?

Any other suggestions on a 44mag snub in the $500 price range?
