It's just new technology. The good news, a test will still be $100 a pop, and the results aren't available for an hour. Doesn't sound like a routine screening option to me. The technology itself is a good thing. Government abuse is another matter

How could this ever work without a genetic database in place? It couldn't.

While I do see the merits of what could be achieved from such a device, the blatant invasion of privacy and abuse far outweighs any possible benefit.

I'm talking about the beneficial DNA testing that has been limited by cost. An out-of-control government is a different issue. Limiting technology won't fix it.

I just thought it was so absurd. The idea of something like this being a mandatory, but limited procedure,

They lost me on commercial air travel several years ago. Still, the sheeple put up with their crap. If you're already gonna fondle my nutz, you might as well get my DNA too. I just don't fly. I'm a danger to myself when I do.
