I have a model 36 Smith manufactured in the 50s. My dad has the Colt DS (the gun I grew up looking at).

I would never considering grinding off the hammer. Not just because of my attachment to the classic look but I like to shoot mine in single action for fun. It rides nicely in the pocket with the right holster, hammer and all.

Nice collection. But I see a problem there. 13. That's a dangerous situation. You should send one, your choice, to me to reduce the danger of bad luck from that bad number.

I've got a 342 Ti that is one of my mainstays in the carry rotation in the summer. And yes, I actually shoot the 13 ounce little pit bull at least 3-4 times a year. Feels like what I imagine a caning would in Hong Kong!

Only revolver I have is my Ruger LCR that I've grown quite fond of. I know it's ugly but I really really really like it!!

And I want a SP101 so bad it's killing me :wall:

I'd like to try a Ruger LCR sometime. The trigger on them feels great. They seem to fit my hand well too.

Greg, if you ever find yourself near Knoxville you're welcome to shoot it. Some people complain about the recoil since it's so light but since you already have several snub's I don't imagine you would be recoil sensitive.

I don't have any safe-queens, here's one that's my " pet" a M10-5 'gunsandstuff014.jpggunsandstuff013.jpggunsandstuff016.jpg Remember when Safariland made holsters and gear out of leather?

I bought one from CapByrd last fall and am very happy with it. I changed out the springs and fell in love with the trigger. Even with the Hogue grip, it's a little painful with .357 SD loads.

It made me like revolvers so much that I wanna try a six-gun in IDPA...at least once.
