Just wondering if anyone has any experience or information about Crossbreed's warranty if you perform a DIY combat cut. I can always contact them to ask, but somehow this seemed easier. Thanks.

Will void the entire warranty, or just the warranty with respect to the cut? I just don't want to be in a situation where I've altered it, later the kydex cracks, and I'm SOL.

Why worry about the warranty?

They are well made holsters and unless you do something silly with it you will never need their warranty.

I use the Qwik Clip rather than the Supertuck or Minituck, so the clip is made of kydex instead of metal (don't know why they chose to do it that way, but they did). Just an abundance of caution in case the clip decides to crap out on me.
