Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a gun show in Gray this weekend, Feb. 16-17 at the Appalachian Fairgrounds (100 Lakeview St.), Sat. 9-5 and Sun. 9-4. The ad in the paper says "Our biggest show ever." Phone number listed in ad for info is (563)927-8176. I think I'll go check it out on Saturday morning. Anyone on here planning on going?

PackinMama....I like your sig line...I wanted to look it up to see if it was really said (cause I wanted to email it to my rep :D ) annnyway...I found that the Australian government said pretty much the same thing.... SCARY

"This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilised nation has full gun registration! Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future!" Adolph Hitler, 1935.

“In reaching a historic agreement on prohibition of weapons, we made a mighty contribution to delivering a safer and more secure Australian society.” John Howard, 1997, Australian Prime Minister.

This is usually a pretty descent show. I've been to this one several times.

Do you recall what the entrance fee usually is? I am assuming $6-$8...

Went to the show today. Nothing spectacular, everything that caught my eye was either to expensive or I am getting to tight in my old age. :D

I went early. The place was mobbed. Only bought a can of Strike Hold CLP. I figure with admission and gas cost, that I spend about $20 for a can of gun cleaner. :D

I think I'll go back to my old pattern of not attending gun shows. Only reason I went was because I had a little time to kill and a couple of friends were meeting me there. They didn't find anything either.
