How about we start with the most obvious things.

First get rid of those hard bumpers and replace them with marshmellows. This no doubt would have prevented some of the deaths.

Next we need to reduce the seating capacity, a full cab has more weight to plow over civilians. I suggest one passenger st s time.

And next the cabs should be under a certain size because we all know that the large cabs are more dangerous than the smaller ones.

I think these reasonable restrictions should be introduced to help save the innocent people.

Was this a high-powered cab or a low-powered cab? Was it an assault-cab or a hunting cab? Did it have a safety on it? Was it registered? Are the proper authorities running a background check on it? The person who was illegally in possession of this illegal cab should be made an example and executed. Wait...that's too harsh. After all, they only injured 25 people. I mean, no one was really hurt that bad. It's society's fault that the cab went berzerk and hurt all those people. It didn't really mean to do it.

I Heard that driver drove around stopping at several different gas stations getting gas. We need to stop selling fuel for Cars to end this type of thing.

hold on everyone. I'm all for safer taxis but you have to realize people have the right to make a living. That said, I bet this was one of those assualt taxis. Probably high visibility yellow? Those taxis are made for one thing: running over people. So screw the high vis assault taxis. If the taxis are a dull gray with wood paneling the driviers won't be thinking about running over folks and playing taxi rambo. They'll be thinking about picking up fares to put meat on the the table.

Ban assault taxis!

It was probably purchased at a Taxi Show, using the well known Taxi Show Loophole!

If you take taxis away from law abiding citizens, you aren't really keeping taxis off of the streets. Folks will find a way to get a taxi. Laws don't matter to criminals.

If a criminal wants a taxi, they will find one.

I think we have covered all the anti's arguments now. O yea one more thing.

I have a little more tweaking to do, however I have a bit of a headache. Thinking about changing the 747 to Air Force One. It seems to Qualify as a taxi.
