California introduces the Barney Fife Bill.

Will Carry

San Francisco, California: 2013

Legislators in the 12 disctrict have proposed new gun control legislation to ammend the new 3 round magazine law. Proponants have suggested that having 3 rounds in a pistol poses a serious threat to society and have introduced a bill that would allow pistol owners to carry a concealed weapon only if it is unloaded. They will be allowed to keep one bullet on their person which should be in their shirt pocket.

You think this is stupid? Me too, but is it too far fetched? Write your senators and congressmen and let them know how you feel.

We elect and pay these people. :D

It's dated 2013.

It is what things could be like if we do nothing to stop them. I saw a politician on TV tell me that I don't need a high capacity magazine, that I only need ten bullets and if I dissagree with her, then I'm a fool. I must be a "gun nut" because I dissagree. Because I think that monster in Arizona would have done the same thing regardless of whether he had a 30 round mag, a 6 shot revolver or an SUV.

Most of the craziest ones are still in CA. The ones who moved here are the smarter ones. Give em a little while, maybe they'll come around to our way of thinking. :D

might as well give them slingshots and a bag of marbles, it would be more effective.

the marble bag could not be high capacity, could only hold 10 marbles. you would have to have a permit for the slingshot, it does after all release a projectile at a rapid velocity. You would also need to carry it concealed because it might start flinging marbles if it were allowed to be open carried.

I know you JOKE about the slingshot...however, I remember as a misguided youth in central California...going to the Coast to Coast Hardware Store...desiring to purchase a "WRIST-Rocket" slingshot...and BB's. The clerk told me I would have to have an adult purchase it cause I was "under age"
