You may have to take my word for this, but pansy or no, if you're wife asks if you want to go to hot yoga class with her, you should most certainly go.

It's probably best to stay at the back of the room. You know... wouldn't want to be at the front and be embarrassed by my inability to concentr... I mean, inability to do the exercises. Right? Amiright?

Some of those poses are really tough. I mean, I need to watch someone who really knows what they're doing to make sure I'm doing it just right.

All jokes aside, if you've never done a fairly intense Yoga routine, you'd likely be surprised how weak and unbalanced you are...

I think the P90 routine is tough because it's so long. You're tired after the static poses.

Yoga is great low intensity strength/core training that anyone can benefit from. Not to mention the added bonus of the average participant being a lot better looking than the meatheads out there on the machines.
