Any gunsmith in MidTN wanna do an AK muzzle break?

I'm looking for a gunsmith in the midtn area that would be willing to put a muzzle break on an ak barrel. The threads were ground down and would like to add one by just tacking it on, I understand that it will be permanent and I am ok on that. I wanted to just get an idea of how much that may run me, not trying to spend a whole lot on a simple muzzle break.

Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated.

When you say threads were ground down, do you mean someone took a grinder to the barrel threads? I'd sure try having someone run a tap back over them to see if you can salvage them at all before making permanent mods. If not, and you are ok with a slip fit - it's not a big deal to have someone tack a few beads of weld on there... Shouldn't even require a "gunsmith"... just someone with a welder.
