RUGER LC9

I overly lube my new guns but maybe this will break-in? My SR9 could be done that way when new and it's much easier now than it was. I also read where some have complained about the stiffness of the slide on their SR9, so maybe it's production runs or break-in time?

My LC9 is 184 builds after his in the vid, never know, they may have made a change, I'll keep working at it.

He also had two magazines, mine only came with one. :-\ I was hoping he would mention the goodies in the "cardboard" box.

Yeah he got a gift from Ruger, so he's not going to be too harsh. I trust the guy though. Sounded like he got 2 mags where it appears most folks just get one. I was hoping he'd comment on the shooting feel with and without the pinky extension.

I'd suspect you're in break-in mode. Good luck. I'll be joining you soon.

I was really looking forward to seeing one of these, but like some others I came away unimpressed after picking one up at a gun show. The grip just didn't feel good to me, and the trigger pull struck me as really long and not very smooth. I wanted one, but now I think I'll pass.

I thought the exact same thing. Felt cheap and trigger is not smooth. I got a Kahr PM9 instead. Alot happier with it all around.

I have one, and it's a pretty nice piece of steel and polymer. Seems to be a quality firearm - have had not problems yet whatsoever.

Funny, I had not seen that someone had posted my video when I posted the above note. Anyway, I'm still pretty impressed with this little gun, even though it's still not quite superior to the PM9 for me. I prefer the trigger on the PM9, plus the PM9 is a little smaller and just as shootable. I would not kick this one out of bed, though. :-)

Not sure - probably "brainlessness"

Thank you sir.... totally appreciate you vids!!!! I got my hands on one and for some reason it fits my hands better than the SR9's and SR9c's did?!?! The sights however were less than desired. Good little shooter anyhow. "Life is good." ; )

My thoughts exactly. I love everythign about my PM9...and now the CM9 is out its a no brainer since its close in price to the LC9.
