Is New York such a utopia now that Bloomberg can spend his time fishing for violations at gun shows across the country? Bloomberg is all and only about pushing an agenda...actually punishing criminals is not even on his radar (and seems to be almost a unique concept today).

The states should make this illegal. Maybe when Bloomy gets NYC cleaned up, he can start advising the rest of the nation. Even then, pulling this undercover "investigation" crap is, well, crap!

My guess would be that Bloomberg has conducted this "investigation" a little more carefully this time considering the repremand he got from the Justice Dept. and ATF the last time. And it was under the Bush Admin. that he got in trouble. Now that Eric Holder is the Att. General and the new head of the ATF, according to reports, is very anti 2nd Amendment, he may not run into any problems like he did before.
