Is New York such a utopia now that Bloomberg can spend his time fishing for violations at gun shows across the country? I'd sure love to see a reverse sting and have these guys arrested for illegally trying to buy a weapon. Makes you wonder how many times they are refused, but that doesn't get reported.

Bloomberg is all and only about pushing an agenda...actually punishing criminals is not even on his radar (and seems to be almost a unique concept today).

If I'm not mistaken, some states have passed, or have tried to pass, legislation that makes this BS illegal.

Story at CNN . Please report this man for illegal straw purchases, to ATFTips@atf.gov . He was warned instead of being prosecuted the last time. If we dont speak out he will continue. Do you think they would have let YOU off with a warning? Report him,I did.

The states should make this illegal. Maybe when Bloomy gets NYC cleaned up, he can start advising the rest of the nation. Even then, pulling this undercover "investigation" crap is, well, crap!

My guess would be that Bloomberg has conducted this "investigation" a little more carefully this time considering the repremand he got from the Justice Dept. and ATF the last time. And it was under the Bush Admin. that he got in trouble. Now that Eric Holder is the Att. General and the new head of the ATF, according to reports, is very anti 2nd Amendment, he may not run into any problems like he did before.

He may simply be counting on a sympathetic administration. Report him.

Maybe the Mayor should start doing something about all the "illegals" in N.Y. City. He "might" kill two birds with one stone...getting thugs out and less crime. If he wants to help......he should start with this Federal agenda.
