Hey all,

I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself.

I've lurked on this forum for a while and thought it was time to jump in. I'm a CCW holder, NRA member and Navy vet. My EDC is currently a Ruger SR9, but recently purchased a Sig Sauer P250C and I'm in the process of putting 500-1000 rounds through it to gain confidence and will eventually (most likely) be switching to that as my EDC.

Big fan of Sig Sauer and Beretta. I have always liked the look/feel of Beretta, as that was my issued sidearm (92) for the better part of a decade when I was in the service. But I'm loving my new Sig. Honestly, I am a firm believer that there really isn't too many "bad" manufacturers, just personal preferences, so I will rarely have a negative thing to say about any pistol.

As far as rifles, I admit that I know squat about them. I love pistol shooting, but at some point I hope to delve into rifles and would like to acquire something in the AR platform. But I'd be in over my head right now if I tried. I hope to learn a lot more about it while I am here.
