I'm a scumbag, and Joe Lundberg is a great guy.

Hello everyone, some of the longtime members may remember me, most of you probably don't. I have been away for a few years, as I have had my butt kicked by finances, etc, through my own poor work ethic and poor time management, as well as a healthy dose of disillusionment. In my fall to reality, joblessness, and then my recovery and continual striving to get back to some sort of normalcy and productiveness, I have made some mistakes.

I am finally getting around to trying to make right the things I can. I recently contacted Joe Lundberg of Hero Gear to try to make amends to a situation that I ran out on a few years ago. Joe has forgiven me. I want to publicly thank him, and let everyone know that in a situation where he has every right to demand reparations and condemn me in front of all, he has been the bigger man and has shown kindness, humility, and goodwill. I want all of you to know that.

Thank you,

James

Good on Joe and good luck to you in your come-back (for lack of a better phrase). Joe sounds like a good man, in all senses. Again good luck James.

Wondered where you'd been Music. Welcome back and DO NOT LEAVE again! There is strength in these numbers. Been proven over and over.

And thanks to Joe. He's done good by a bunch of us through the years.

I'd do the group hug thing but Bronker is probably somewhere about the site and that picture is still freaking me out.

Welcome back and good for you, for the comeback, the amends that you have made. We all have times, things we have done that we are not proud of. Sounds like you have learned things and grown from the experience. That says a lot.

Welcome back James. I hope things are back on track for you, and I wish you the best of luck!

(and BTW, im not a GREAT guy.....maybe just a decent guy :) )

Yet, humble too. Joe, you are a good guy. I think that's clear to just about everyone here.

James, welcome back brother. We missed ya. Like RightWinger said, stick around.

These days, even this is a difficult trait to find.

And for the record, Joe is a quality lad. James too. I've met and dealt with both personally.

You all are awesome. Ya know, I bet there isn't this kind of real forgiveness, support, and friendship at some pansy place like a Prius owner's forum!

Gun people are the best people. Thank you. I won't stay away for years at a time any more, but I won't yet be a regular poster again. Before getting back into hobbies and othe reckless spending, I am clearing the balance sheet of my household from all debt, excepting our mortgage. Barring any horrible circumstances or events, that may still take 10-14 months. Then, watch out 'cuz I'll be a gun buyin' fool!

Not to be too mushy or religious, but I am feeling shades of what God's forgiveness and redemption can be like as I read through you guys' comments. I appreciate you all.

MM, you can hang and not buy guns - I haven't bought anything in some time now.

It's a good place to hang with like-minded people. Don't stay away...

I just can't figure out what this blank space is???

Anyway, I'm here a lot and I haven't bought anything. It's a good place to hang.....

J/K crimson! Srsly plus 1 on what Crimson said.
