Anyone near Smyrna that has enough land....

Recommended Posts

Anyone near Smyrna (or reasonably close) that has enough land that would allow a gentleman teach his young son to shoot a .22 rifle? I am making a request for him as he is too modest to ask.

I sold a couple of single shot .22 rifles to a fellow member and the only place he has to show his kids to shoot is at a local public range. This wouldn't allow the time to teach right with all the blasting going on. Would also prevent a couple of tin cans or other simple reactive targets to be shot. These guns make little noise and otherwise cause no damage to land or surroundings.

I don't want a flood of people bombarding a landowner with bothersome requests for land usage, so if you have some land near that part of the state and wouldn't mind....could you PM me and I will get him in touch with you?

I am spoiled with my nice places to shoot here in Chattanooga. Thanks for your time.

[note to moderators) It looks like I posted this in the wrong section. If you can move it to the Hunting section (or a more appropriate place) it would be appreciated.

What forum would you like? Hunting will get limited exposure. Gen Topic? Long Guns?

Pick, and I'll do it. As an aside, I wish you were close to me. Those are cherished moments I'd love to share in.
