muzzle loader to ffl?

If i order a muzzle loader online fro cabellas does it have to ship to an ffl or can it ship straight to me? pretty sure it can ship to me just checking...

Right to your door no FFL required at least in Tennessee and most other states

Depends. If it is one the can be converted to fire cartridge ammunition (like some of the T/C models), it will need to go to a FFL. Otherwise, it can be shipped straight to your door.

If you can buy a centerfire barrel for it then it has to ship to a FFL.

Does that also apply to the BP revolvers that the cylinders can be changed? i.e. Uberti

Naa the one I ordered from cabelas was for my nephew. It is a Thompson Center Impact. Looks like a good starter ML for him. It's coming here. At least I think it is anyway. When I checked out it said it would be delivered here by wed. Didn't say anything about FFL requirement.
