Ya know I've watched that video several times and am convinced she walked into that fountain on purpose. Maybe it's just me but does she lift her left leg a little higher before hitting the edge and falling?

Yes, she certainly lifted one leg so her ankle hit the fountain, not her knee like it was natural. Good catch.

Her lawyer, James Polyak, said they intend to hold the responsible parties accountable; whether requesting or demanding an apology and requesting an explanation on why this happened and how it happened.

Sounds like her lawyer is as big a dumbass as she is. HELLO! you idiot, why did it happen? Because she is stupid and wasnt paying attention and is a dumbass. How did it happen? Again she was a dumbass and was txting and not watching where she was going.
