hahaha....i couldnt imagine what a full auto pt-22 would be like...talk about a "pocket protector"....since its illegal to enjoy like it is I would definitely send it to Taurus ASAP. If you want to avoid there not so highly regarded customer service I would pm some of the hero gear guys or some of the mods of the NFA section to see if they have some ideas you could try to fix it.

magic that's what i had been told about there warranty. i did not think it would be possible for this thing to do what it does. most pt 22 i have read about jams. this one wont stop eating ammo at a speed i have never seen. sounds like a mad bee.

It's only firing "full-auto" if you're holding the trigger back the whole time. If you're releasing the trigger, it's slam firing. It could be caused by a gunked up firing pin channel. I've heard good things and bad things about Taurus's customer service. If it were me, I'd call Taurus myself and send it back.

Just got a PT-22 back from Taurus, with excellent customer service, and repair of a Taurus PT-22. The gun had parts missing, and the pink faux pearl handles was cracked. Taurus fixed the gun in a timely manner, and did not charge me a dime. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to send the gun to them by an overnight shipper ( I used UPS) and it gets a little pricey. They will ship it back on their nickel though. I wanted the gun for my sweetie, and am very pleased with their service.
