The theory that Justice people could possibly be charged with Firearms Export law violations is a novel idea I hadn't heard before. That could perhaps be a more concrete charge than trying to prove nebulous perjury? Dunno if it is a workable theory, but if you have concrete fact A that Justice/ATF walked guns and concrete fact B that State Dept did not issue a waiver, then perhaps it is relatively open-and-shut? At least compared to trying to prove that officials were intentionally lying rather than simply too stupid to breathe. USA juries would perhaps be too inclined to buy a "too stupid to breathe" theory in regard to govt officials.

Another observation on the video clip-- I am not and have never been a Hillary admirer, and in the past do not recall seeing compelling evidence that she is unusually bright. But in this clip she comports herself so much better in front of congressional committee, compared to performances by Holder, Nepalitano, or the various Justice lawyers.

Hillary manages to handle it quite smoothly, compared to the evasive, combative and vacant cow-eyed stupid performances by most of the others.
