Unfortunately I can't relegate mine to one manufacturer. I particularly like Chris Reeve, Hinderer, German Bokers, Busse, ESEE and Zero Tolerance. My EDC rotation is currently between a Spyderco Delica, a Zero Tolerance 350, a Kershaw Blur, and a Chris Reeve Umnumzaan. It is definitely a sickness.

Fred,

How do you like the Umnumzaan, I am thinking of ordering one

Hey Steve, I like the Umnum, but not as much as the Sebenza. I got it barely used for a great deal on the JD, so it was worth a try. I'm looking at another XM-18 that I'd like to use for EDC, but I'm not sure it's in the financial cards.

I collect knives I get from the plastic bins on convenience store counters. I am always proud to pull one of those out of my pocket and pass it around and see the amazement in peoples eyes when I inform them it came all the way from china and was made by a child.

~I am joking of course

I dont let anyone handle my china knives.

I like old stuff, and I'm' more of an accumulator than a collector. My interests lean toward bone and stag handles, and include brands such as: Cattaraugus, Winchester, Remington, Camillus, Robeson, John Primble, Keen Kutter, New York Knife Co, Union Cut Co, Schatt & Morgan, etc. I also have a thing for fixed blade hunting knives.

I have collected police badges for about 40 years. It's easy to end up with a lot of stuff that wasn't your original target. I try to stay with USMS and the old Tennessee State Police badges & patches.

I just keep it simple. I have a few decent Case knives and one I keep in my pocket every day but real collection is my Ka-Bars. I'm up to 7 as of now and will probably be adding another soon. I have 3 standard USMC styled, one serrated, one standard and another that was carried by my father during Vietnam. Then I have a little desert folder which is pretty handy but I keep with my fishing stuff usually. And lastly are my US Army editions... One serrated, one standard and the OIF edition that my folks got me when I got back from the sand box a couple years back.I love my Ka-Bars :D
