My subconscious scares me.

Recommended Posts

I know no one's probably that interested in hearing about my dream last night but I had to put this on paper for posterity. I promise I'm not eloborating or making any of this up.

- My wife and I have been tossing around names for our baby coming in May and I like Barrett, yes because of the rifle. I'm also into music so here lately I've been helping a kid at our church with her flute practice. Mix all these things bouncing around in my head with my general love of firearms and a good heavy meal of beef stroganoff, an hour before bed and you get a dream where you're playing a .50cal Barrett like a flute in front of a concert hall full of people including the small details like having to unchamber a round before any sound will come out, which is obviously a rookie mistake right? I mean, everybody knows you have to have an empty chamber before you're .50cal "flute" will play. Sheesh. Anyway, that's all I remember so what's the verdict folks? Am I too far gone or can my subconcious be saved? :poop:

Nah, you're not too far gone.

After all, there's worse things you could'a been doing with a .50 cal Barrett in front of a large group of people. ;)

As for dreams... I tend to keep those to myself, for fear of attracting the attention of the people in white coats with the big butterfly nets... :):poop:;)

We're expecting our first in June, and we just found out yesterday it's a boy. Barrett IS a cool name, but I promise I won't steal it...

Totally off the wall, padded cell, straightjacketed. sedated, removed from society for our safety , looneytunes. In other words, pretty much as normal as the rest of us.

I wouldn't even think of telling some of mine. Brother...you're fine.

young grasshopper, one thing you will learn in the coming years: Don't eat large meals 1 hour prior to retiring for the night. It does in fact produce mind blowing dreams. Some good, others not so good. However my years have given me the ability to decode your dream. The Barrett represents your life, the 50 cal bullet in the Barrett represents the things in your life that keep you from moving forward. The people of the concert hall are the people of the world. So, as the people of the world look on, you must show them how to remove things in your life before you can produce a peaceful and harmonious life. Once the object has been radicated, you can freely express to the world your inner beauty. Or just that you don't know how to operate a Barrett properly and the crowd is laughing their backsides off. Wait a minute, time for another shot of Crown Black.......
